Job Description / Responsibility
- Timely preparation of monthly & annual financial statements;
- At least Two years working experience in financial reporting ; Trading A/C, Profit and Loss A/C, and Balance Sheet of Company.
- Monitoring daily transactions entered in the software;
- Monthly reconciliation of balances of banks;
- Checking the interest calculation of term loans;
- Process wise costing analysis of factory;
- Preparation of monthly budget for the factory;
- Variance analysis of the actual cost and cost as per budget;
- Root cause analysis of variance between actual expenses incurred and budget;
- Ascertaining the overhead cost of factory;
- Timely submission of various returns to external authorities;
- Presentation of all Finance & Accounts related reports to Managing Director and CEO.
- Monitoring the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements in conformity with Local & International Standards.
- Partnering with Board of Directors in developing new business, specifically: assisting in identifying new investment opportunities with source of fund and calculating ROI.
- Formulating financial strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities.
- Monitoring the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Master Budget & Business Plan.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
- Checking the Standard Costing procedures to prepare Budget & Variance Analysis.
- Preparation of annual plan/policy of Income Tax & VAT and monitoring the overall operation of Income Tax & VAT as per plan/policy.
- Monitoring and approve the Journal Voucher, Debit Voucher, Credit Voucher & Bank Voucher through ERP system.
- Coordination & cooperation with Internal & External Auditor.
- Monitoring the implementation of Budgetary Control System.
- Checking the analysis of Break-Even-Point and Profitability.
- Monitor banking activities of the organization.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package.
- Any other job as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- M.Com/MBA in Accounting from any reputed organization.
- ACCA/ CA-Part Qualified/CMA part completed will be added advantage.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Financial Management, At least Two years working experience in financial reporting, cost accounting and managerial accounting out of which minimum 2 years as Finance Officer.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, Accounting and Finance, ERP, Management Information System, Multi-tasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, MS-Office.
- Accounting experience with manufacturing industry is a must;
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Sound business knowledge and analytical skill;
- Able to work hard and in stressful situation;
- Good team player, cooperate and support colleagues across the organization;
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven
