Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure smooth preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial statement of the company monthly, quarterly & annually and submit to the management.
Monitor Sales, Collection & Outstanding report strictly.
Implement proper system for controlling & monitoring of Budgets & Expenses.
Reconcile & monitor of Bank A/C, VAT, Inventory, All Cash, Receivable, Payable, TDS, VDS and AIT etc.
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management.
Conduct Inventory Audit and Inventory Movement Monitoring on monthly basis.
Control of Debtors and their credit limit.
Payment disbursement (Cash, Cheque & Electronic fund transfer).
Accounts payable & receivable management.
Preparing Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts
Preparation of Financial statements on timely basis (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly).
Preparation of feasibility, profitability report, loan proposal, follow-up and sanctioning.
Prepare project profile and arrange fund from Banking & Non-Banking Financial Institutions
Take the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related matters. Also handle income tax return of employees.
Undertake responsibility of RJSC, BOI and NBR.
Coordinate with Commercial Banks and Regulatory Authorities
Closely liaison with Bank, insurance company and other financial institutions.
Manage the Cash flow & Fund Requirements
Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it
Costing and Inventory Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Major in Accounting.
CA / CC/ CMA part qualified.
At least 7 year(s)
Accounts & Finance in garments industry.(At least 2 years as Manager )

At least 7 year(s)
