Job Description / Responsibility

Searching new clients and visiting potential clients.
Developing new client networks and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Co-coordinating with clients, solving client problems & offering after-sales support services.
Preparing own quotation & negotiating contract terms and conditions.
The post is target oriented and able to fulfil assigned target.
The candidate should be self-motivated and always optimistic.
Ideal candidate should have sufficient engineering knowledge and clear concept on pre-engineered steel building system.
Capable enough to co-ordinate between design department & client requirements.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Coordinate between project site & office to make a happy client.
Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University (in additionan MBA degree will be preferable).

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year in related field.

Additional Job Requirements

Only males are encouraged to apply.
Sufficient knowledge of MS office and Auto CADD.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work as a team member.
