Job Description / Responsibility

Identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities across REDS` core service sectors (e.g., Engineering, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Health & Life Sciences, and Socio-Economic Management).
Assist in preparing, coordinating, and submitting Expression of Interests (EOIs), technical, and financial proposals for national and international projects.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming consulting projects from government bodies, international donor agencies, and private sector clients.
Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our multidisciplinary teams of engineers, researchers, and planners to align project goals with client needs.
Represent REDS in meetings, seminars, and networking events to promote our services and capabilities.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Must have an academic background in Science or Commerce. (Degrees in any discipline within these fields are accepted)
Previous experience in business development, proposal writing, B2B sales, or consulting is *important but not mandatory*
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, an aptitude for learning, and a passion for business development are highly encouraged to apply.
