Job Description / Responsibility
- 1. Lead Generation
- Generate new leads through telephone, social media, networking and referrals.
- Identify potential residential, commercial and corporate clients.
- Develop a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up with Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp/website and other inquiries.
- Develop relationships with real-estate developers, corporate organizations, property owners, architects, engineers and business owners.
- 2. Client Handling
- Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Present Idealist's architecture and interior services professionally.
- Arrange client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-up until project confirmation.
- Handle client objections and negotiate professionally.
- Maintain long-term client relationships.
- 3. Project Sales
- Understand the client's budget, requirements and project timeline.
- Coordinate with the Architect/Interior team for initial discussions.
- Arrange site visits when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations/proposals.
- Track every lead from Inquiry → Meeting → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Booking → Project Handover.
- Ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
- 4. Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities in Dhaka and Chattogram.
- Develop corporate and institutional clients.
- Build relationships with real-estate companies and property developers.
- Explore partnership opportunities.
- Generate referral business from existing clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events and corporate meetings.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Consulting Firms
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
