Job Description / Responsibility

Eastern Housing Limited (EHL) is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and self-motivated professionals for this position.
Department / Unit Business Development – Apartment Unit
Job Purpose / Main Responsibility
To develop new business opportunities, drive apartment sales and achieve business targets through effective client management and market development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve apartment sales targets.
Identify potential clients, new market opportunities and business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers and other business partners.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and other relevant departments for smooth business execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: At least 04 years of experience in business development in the real estate sector.
General Requirements: Candidates from public universities are preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills are expected.
