Job Description / Responsibility

Identifying and assessing future and current training needs of factory employees.
Prepare annual and monthly training calendars.
Deploying a variety of learning interventions and methods.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for factory employees on a wide range of topics including technical skills, functional skills, soft skills, compliance, and leadership competency development.
Coordinate trainers, participants, venues, logistics, and training schedules.
Maintain training records and employee learning history.
Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, agency, and institutions as per need.
Monitoring and evaluating factory training programs and ensure effectiveness.
Assist in implementing leadership, supervisory, technical, behavioral, and compliance training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
Support competency development and career development initiatives.
Assist in building a continuous learning culture within the organization.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery, Manufacturing (FMCG)
