Job Description / Responsibility

- What You’ll Be Doing:
- 1. Business/Merchant Onboarding
- Identify and onboard small businesses, local shops, and service providers using our easy-to-use mobile apps and CRM system.
- Ensure all Business/Merchant information is accurately entered and kept up to date.
- 2. Daily Buniness/Merchant Visits
- Visit at least 10 Merchants every day—yes, you’ll be out and about meeting real people.
- Build friendly, helpful relationships with shop and business owners.
- 3. Business/Merchant Coaching & Engagement
- Teach Business/Merchants how to use our app features (don’t worry—we’ll train you first!)
- Share demo videos, tips, and guidance so they can get the most out of our services.
- 4. Feedback Collection
- Talk to Business/Merchants and listen to what’s working and what’s not.
- Share their feedback with our internal teams to help improve the experience.
- 5. Competitor Watch
- Stay informed about what other payment apps or services are doing in your area.
- Report on interesting updates like pricing, promotions, and features that we should know about.
- 6. Reporting & Documentation
- Track your visits, Business/Merchant feedback, and progress using mobile tools and our CRM.
- Submit daily and weekly updates to your supervisor—made simple with our system.

- What We’re Looking For:
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- 1 year of experience in telco, MFS, or similar fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- You must own a smartphone and be comfortable traveling within your local area.
