Assistant Manager - Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

To drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue goals. The Assistant Manager – Sales will play a key role in promoting SPACE Apartments and ensuring consistent occupancy through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities in both corporate and individual segments.
Maintain regular contact with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
Prepare and present sales proposals, agreements, and contracts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Participate in marketing campaigns, hotel exhibitions, and networking events.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or service apartment industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
