Job Description / Responsibility

Quality Aqua Breeds Limited, a sister concern of Quality Feeds Limited, is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the position of Jr. Officer / Officer - Market Extension. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in market development, client engagement, and field-level operations related to aquaculture or agro-based products.
Identify and expand potential markets for aqua-breed products.
Visit dealer points, farms, and markets in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to end users.
Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum graduation from any discipline (Marketing, Science/Agriculture background preferred).

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 32 years
Must be willing to work and travel extensively in Khulna and Rangpur divisions.
Basic understanding of aquaculture or fish breeding practices.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
