Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate the area sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Manage daily sales activities, route plans, and coverage for the team.
- Promote and position ISP products and services effectively in the assigned area.
- Ensure brand visibility through local marketing initiatives (e.g., banners, flyers, events).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ( Corporate), local businesses, and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for major customers in the area.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, including custom ISP packages, corporate plans, or bulk connections.
- Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze results and trends.
- Manage area sales budgets, expense control, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Key Competencies Required:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in data analysis system.
- Deep understanding of ISP products such as broadband, fiber optics, wireless solutions, leased lines, and value-added services.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
