Job Description / Responsibility

- We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our services to new and existing clients, attending client meetings, and making calls to potential clients. This is a critical role within our organization, as the Sales & Marketing Manager will play a key role in the growth and success of our agency.
- Our expertise in the contemporary digital space is showcased through our VSMM service, designed to engage audiences, enhance brand awareness, and foster lead generation. We articulate your brand's story effectively through our Content Solutions and Video Production services. - Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic research and networking.
- Sales Presentation: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Make calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Attend client meetings to present our services and understand client needs and requirements.
- Market Feedback: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
- Designing new marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- BBA, Marketing or CSE background will be a plus
- Communication, Patience and Polite Good at Reading Writing & listening in Bengal and English Language
Experience Requirements

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software and also strong email communication skill.
