Job Description / Responsibility

Visit markets and meet potential clients to promote company software and applications.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and online channels.
Provide phone call support to answer client inquiries and offer product-related assistance.
Manage and respond to customer messages and comments on social media pages.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for both online and offline campaigns.
Plan and execute Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital promotions.
Use AI tools for campaign automation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and client outreach activities.
Work closely with the design, product, and technical teams to align branding and messaging.
Achieve sales and marketing targets set by the company.
Provide written reports on field visits, campaign performance, and client feedback.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with a background in Engineering or Computer Science will get preference due to the nature of the software industry.
Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, AI tools, or Branding will be considered a plus.

Additional Job Requirements

Should be proficient in using a computer, including common office applications.
Must be able to manage and maintain Facebook pages and YouTube channels effectively.
Should have good communication skills for both online and offline client interactions.
Willingness to travel for market visits and promotional activities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
