Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Recruit and onboard new distributors while enforcing policies to ensure fair competition.
  • Provide training and support to distributors to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance to drive growth.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Studies (MBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Mobile Accessories, Shared Mobility Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales/marketing and 5 years experience as National Sales Manager, preferably within Consulting Firms or related industries.
