Job Description / Responsibility
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and posting job openings. Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. Managing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and mediating disputes. Developing and implementing employee policies and procedures. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans. Analyzing compensation trends and making recommendations.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs and developing training programs. Managing professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Legal and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate employee records. Providing guidance on HR-related legal issues. pls translate to bangla.
  • Communicate, manage, and implement all requirements related to RSC, BSCI, and Sedex audits, while ensuring proper handling and compliance with their standards.
