  • Work Schedule & Shifts (Rotational Duty)
  • Shifts and Work Arrangements:
  • Morning Shift: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM - Physical Office
  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM - Physical Office
  • Evening Shift: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM - Work From Home
  • Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 08:00 PM - Work From Home
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support via phone, helpdesk tickets, and live chat.
  • Accurately log and track support requests from initiation to resolution, documenting solutions and decisions taken.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hosting, DNS, software, and hardware using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents as needed.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and routine system checks.
  • Assist in research and development initiatives to improve service delivery.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and assist internal teams as required.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user training materials..

Educational Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, across multiple shifts.
