- Work Schedule & Shifts (Rotational Duty)
- Shifts and Work Arrangements:
- Morning Shift: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM - Physical Office
- Day Shift: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM - Physical Office
- Evening Shift: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM - Work From Home
- Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 08:00 PM - Work From Home
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support via phone, helpdesk tickets, and live chat.
- Accurately log and track support requests from initiation to resolution, documenting solutions and decisions taken.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hosting, DNS, software, and hardware using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents as needed.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and routine system checks.
- Assist in research and development initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Support day-to-day business operations and assist internal teams as required.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user training materials..

Educational Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is preferred.
- Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, across multiple shifts.
