Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager, Business Development to lead our expansion and revenue growth efforts across diverse market segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for results. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts in alignment with global client interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives.
- Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing, Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing
- Vendor certifications in Sales and Marketing will be considered a strong advantage.
- O/A Level background preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
