Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Description:
  • We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketplace Bidding Expert to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to bid on and win projects related to app development and blockchain technology on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru etc.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and identify relevant projects in Web development, app development and blockchain.
  • Write customized, persuasive proposals to win bids.
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with our internal tech team for scope alignment and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active leads and manage follow-ups.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements
  • Job Requirements:
  • Proven success in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru etc.
  • Strong knowledge of tech project scope (especially blockchain, mobile apps, smart contracts, Web3).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small bugs and issues that affect software quality.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication to report bugs, write test documentation based on predefined template, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside developers, project managers, and designers.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and deliver results within project timelines.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take responsibility for ensuring the quality of software being delivered.
