Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for our Field Support Operations (Technical) in Chattogram and Cox's Bazar offices on yearly contract.
  • Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
  • Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
  • Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computing & Information System

  • Age 21 to 27 years
