Job Description / Responsibility

- JOB CONTEXT
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled DDC System BMS Design & Integration Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, configuring, testing, commissioning & solution design Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems for HVAC and other building management systems using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.).
- JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Design, develop, and program DDC-based Building Management Systems.
- Configure graphics, user interfaces, and reporting tools.
- Perform field integration, point-to-point testing, and system commissioning.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct issues with BMS programming and controls.
- Collaborate with MEP engineers and project managers on BMS design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical documentation and user manuals for delivered systems.
- Offer training and technical support to clients and facility teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- BSc in EEE, Mechanical, CSE or related field.
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of preferred educational certification.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in BMS/DDC system programming, commissioning & solution design.
- Prior work experience in Metro Rail or Airport projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DDC controls, BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other protocols.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major BMS platform (e.g., Honeywell EBI, -Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Johnson Controls Metasys, Tridium Niagara).
- Proficiency in HVAC control logic and sequence of operations.
- Familiarity with control panel design, instrumentation, and system integration.
- Experience with SCADA systems and energy management solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages or custom logic tools.
