Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead the IT Department, overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain software applications using C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL and other platforms to support university operations.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to integrate IT solutions into educational programs.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and availability of systems.
  • Lead initiatives to upgrade university networks, databases, and digital platforms to meet modern standards.
  • Oversee and manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the campus.
  • Ensure data protection, privacy, and security measures are strictly adhered to.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the university.
  • Train and mentor, the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • University

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 35 to 55 years
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and IT management.
  • Proven experience in C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, DevExpress, JavaScript, jQuery, and similar technologies.
  • Proven experience in reporting technology like Crystal Reports, rdlc.
  • Certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) or software development frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), ERP solutions, and database management.
