Job Description / Responsibility
  • Installation & Trouble shooting Hardwar and Network related problems including windows operating System.
  • Anti-Virus and other software Install and maintenance.
  • Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Job Requirements
  • Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server.
  • Should have Sound Knowledge maintenance LAN & WAN workstation.
  • Should have sound knowledge in configuring and maintaining MikroTik, Cisco network switches.
  • Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, Photocopy machine and other IT assents as per company policy.
  • Experience of handling & trouble shooting of PoE Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
  • Good understanding of team work and team building.
  • Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla, verbal and written.
