Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations within established budget and quality standards.
Maintain exceptional levels of internal and external customer service for both patient and staff dining areas.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations for all F&B personnel.
Supervise inventory levels and ensure all kitchen utensils, equipment, and cutlery are in working condition; arrange timely repair or replacement when necessary.
Monitor food and beverage costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize profitability.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Develop and implement innovative F&B service ideas to improve customer experience.
Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, budgeting and team performance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

At least 5 years in a managerial role in a large size hotel.
Must have experience in managing a large team.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
