Job Description / Responsibility

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the park;
Ensure that all operations are carried out with standards;
Supervise support staff to maintain seamless service delivery;
Monitoring Ticket counter, rides sales operations;
Handle operational issues, emergencies and customer complaints in a timely & professional manner;
Supervise & coordination with daily labor, park cleaner, gardener, security, ticket counter & ride sales;
Responsible for all operations in absence of Park Operation Manager;
Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Diploma, Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
At least 3/5 years experience in the similar field;
Strong leadership, organizational & problem solving skills;
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team;
Sound knowledge on digital marketing;
Must have experience on Amusement park and Resort.
