Assistant Manager (Visa Processing)

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide expert guidance to students regarding student visa applications and document preparation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, visa procedures, and policy changes.
Coordinate with students, universities, and embassies to ensure smooth processing.
Assist in organizing student interviews, pre-departure briefings, and visa documentation workshops.
Review student files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Supervise junior visa advisors and support staff as required.
Maintain high levels of customer service and follow up with students regularly.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 40 years
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Ability to handle multiple student files, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to counsel students and parents effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
Prior team-leading experience will be an added advantage.
