Job Description / Responsibility
  • A qualified Airline Reservation Executive who is responsible to Airlines ticketing, reservation creating PNR adherence to booking policies, ticket issuing, reissuing & refund using IATA GDS (Galileo /Amadeus), manage bookings. preferable Amadeus
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions about travel reservations, ticket modifications, cancellations and other travel-related concerns through phone, email or chat.
  • Travel Information: Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date info on flight schedules, airline policies, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and other essential travel details.
  • Payment Processing: Process booking payments, ensuring the accuracy and security of all financial transactions, including cash payments.
  • Customer Feedback: Proactively seek feedback and suggestions from customers to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Communication with stakeholders: With travel agencies, OTAs, Airlines and GDS personnel.
  • Interpreting IATA, ADM policies and ATAB regulations.
  • Maintain all IATA accreditation documents.
  • Ability to correspond with Airline’s office.
  • Ability to correspond Speaking English with Customers & Airline’s Staffs

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • (Business background will get preference)
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Airline, Travel Agent, Group of Companies, Tour Operator

  • Age 22 to 40 years
