Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join the Accounts & Finance Department for the preopening phase of Best Western Plus Bay Hills, a premier 4-star hotel in Bangladesh. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and strategy of a globally recognized brand during its establishment phase.
Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate policies.
Conduct regular audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor and manage budgets effectively.
Assist in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 6 years
