Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join the Accounts & Finance Department for the preopening phase of Best Western Plus Bay Hills, a premier 4-star hotel in Bangladesh. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and strategy of a globally recognized brand during its establishment phase.
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate policies.
- Conduct regular audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor and manage budgets effectively.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
