- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week

- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Travel Bookings: Respond to customer inquiries, assist in travel planning, and manage end-to-end bookings
- Ticketing, Hotel & Visa Processing: Handle airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa application procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
- After-Sales Support: Resolve post-booking issues and provide continuous assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintain precise and updated records of bookings, client interactions, and travel documentation.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency, Airline, Travel Agent, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service, Travel Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 26 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry
- Proficiency in airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa processing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience with travel booking software (preferred)
