Job Description / Responsibility

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with Chinese suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify reliable vendors and alternative sources.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement based on inventory and production requirements.
Monitor and track order status, delivery schedules, and lead times.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Perform quality checks and follow up on defective or unsatisfactory goods.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, import/export regulations, and price fluctuations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

5 to 6 years
