Job Description / Responsibility

Manage day-to-day branch operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and deliveries.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with exceptional service.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, associates, and delivery staff.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs).
Coordinate with central operations, supply chain, and tech teams.

Senior Branch Manager:
4+ years in branch operations, logistics, or fulfillment.
Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data-driven decision making.
Background in fast-paced or tech-enabled environments preferred.
Branch Manager:
2+ years in logistics, warehouse, or store management.
Proven team management experience.
Strong ownership mindset and operational attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-speed settings.
