Job Description / Responsibility
  • Accurately count and record the daily stock of mutton.
  • Track usage before and after cooking.
  • Report any discrepancies, wastage, or shortages.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper meat handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling meat.
  • Assist in receiving and storing new meat supplies.
