Job Description / Responsibility

Procuring the right product and ensuring timely & cost-effective acquisition.
Forecasting demand of products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
Visiting markets, assess existing vendors, develop new ones & maintain a professional relationship with the vendors.
Negotiating with vendors to secure the best price & the most advantageous terms for the company.
Preparing comparative statement, acquire approvals & issue Purchase Order systematically.
Processing payments and invoices of suppliers.
Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
Adequate knowledge in purchasing of local construction material.
Expertise on Marble and foreign tiles procurement and aesthetic knowledge.
Prepare schedule to deliver materials and ensure delivery the right product at the right time at right place.
