Job Description / Responsibility

Develop procurement plans based on the requirements of the Maintenance Department.
Source necessary materials for maintenance activities.
Identify and select the most suitable suppliers.
Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and issue purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted operations.
Prepare invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department.
Follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely disbursement.
Source materials required for civil works.
Prepare Comparative Statements and ensure timely delivery to support smooth civil construction activities.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the PIM (Project Implementation and Monitoring) team.
Follow up on service goods and ensure timely delivery.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Power in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
