Job Description / Responsibility

As an MTO – Category, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, analyzing trends, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the right product reaches the right shelf at the right time. - Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Category Manager in developing strategic plans for assigned product categories aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team to source quality products at competitive prices.
- Participate in negotiating pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and promotional deals to maximize category profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and support category growth initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making on pricing, promotion, and inventory.
- Liaise with internal departments including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure category plans are implemented smoothly.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned categories such as sales growth, profit margins, stock health, and supplier performance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies/Science
