Job Description / Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Main Tasks):
- Exploring local and international market for potential sources of vendor and proceed for enlistment.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors to develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Arranging and conducting negotiations with the short-listed suppliers to ensure reasonably right price and appropriate terms for the company.
- Float/Lead the RFT/RFQ/RFP process in response to requisition raised by user along as per approved budget considering appropriate process to select appropriate supplier(s).
- Preparing/Review bid summary and comparative statement for evaluation considering lead time, warranty, payment terms & Stock availability to acquire right product from right sources with reasonably right price.
- Generate Purchase Order (PO) after taking necessary approval & follow up with supplier up to delivery to store.
- Prepare landed costing for import products.
- Prepare LC documentation, get approval from management and submit to bank.
- Maintain continuous communication with all concerned department/team regard it products L/C/order status, shipment status, vessel position & customs work process & planning delivery date to inventory.
- Keep communication with Bank, Shipping Company, Freight Forwarder, C&F Agents, Transport Companies, Port & customs officials including all governments authority
- Must be open to do any other job as may be assigned from time to time.
- Other Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Creative with good analytical skills
- Good communication skills both in spoken and written
- Knowledge in products like Security / Cybersecurity products / software, SSL Certificates, VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Domains and Hosting is required.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Candidate having Engineering background with Supply Chain work experience in ISP or IT Hardware Solution Provider Company will be given preference.
