Job Description / Responsibility

Manage day-to-day vendor communication, order follow-up, and inventory coordination
Support the onboarding of new sellers/vendors and ensure accurate product listings and pricing updates
Coordinate with marketing, content, supply chain, and finance teams to execute campaigns and promotions
Monitor product availability, pricing competitiveness, and commercial KPIs to support growth
Analyze category and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management
Assist in developing strategic category plans and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial agreements, and service-level expectations
Handle vendor queries, grievances, and resolutions in coordination with the relevant departments

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed University

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 26 years
1–2 years of experience in a related role (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and industry trends will be a plus
