Job Description / Responsibility
  • Company Category : Mobile, Mobile Accessories & Gadget Items
  • Barand: JIO, Imam ,Smile, F&F ,R+
  • Banking & Financial Coordination:
  • Manage Letters of Credit (LC), UPAS (including OBU), and payment processes.
  • Prepare and verify all documentation for LC opening and financial transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Licensing:
  • Handle ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC),EPB, Fire License, DG import license, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial laws for imports and supply chain operations.
  • Import & Logistics Management:
  • Oversee foreign consignments, coordinating with CNF agents, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
  • Ensure timely clearance/delivery via sea, air, or land while adhering to customs regulations.
  • Liaison & Documentation:
  • Maintain relationships with government/regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare commercial documents (invoices, bills, statements) as per compliance standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Professional Banking (MPB), Master of Professional Finance (MPF)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in Mobile, Electric Items, and Related Accessories industries
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication (Written & Verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
