Job Description / Responsibility
  • Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work at project site and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
  • Prepare cost estimation regarding all types of Civil works.
  • Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Dept. of Procurement to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
  • Ensure quality of workmanship at site.
  • Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials of the site.
  • Prepare contractor/sub-contractors bill on the basis of physical work done.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
  • Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
  • Any others task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate, Developer
