Project Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee the construction works of the high-rise building in Chattogram.
Estimate the civil and finishing materials and raise the requirement properly.
Maintain zero tolerance for technical issues to make the building earthquake-resistant.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC and ASTM and relevant national and international standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
Monitor and maintain site measurement books and checklists regularly.
Implement and document all tests and inspections of materials as per the standard.
Research and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
Problem-solving, working under stress tolerantly, honesty, ethics, punctuality and the capability of handing over projects within the deadline.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with precision in calculations.
Strong communication skills and must be capable of raising instant project scenarios to the reporting boss through apps and emails.
Any other task assigned by the company.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
