Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil construction projects from drawings and specifications.
  • Create accurate professional architectural structural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software as per project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits for taking measurements and verifying existing conditions before preparing drawings or estimates.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to understand design requirements and resolve technical issues.
  • Update and revise drawings as per site changes or design modifications and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist in preparing documents for tendering, pricing, and procurement by providing necessary drawings and cost inputs.
  • Provide timely reports and updates related to drafting and estimation progress to the project manager or senior engineer.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Consulting Firms
