Job Description / Responsibility

- We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Corporate Office in the mentioned position:
- Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -
- Conduct Market Survey Program & Making Marketing Strategy, Competitor analysis etc. for Market Development.
- Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, product requirements, customer requirements, etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
- Arrange & attend technical meeting with consultant, customers, engineers, architects & real estate developer.
- Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering, and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.
- Ensure sales are of quality (at the approved rate, approved credit period, and has proper collection rate).
- Carry out frequent field visits to ensure customer conversion. Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion. Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion.
- Continuously Monitor Relevant Competitor Activity, Communicate, and Recommend Any Necessary Actions.
- Preparing Promotional Plan & Perform Successfully.
- Preparing the agreement of Sales between the Client and the Company.
- To Participate in Different Kinds of Fair and Market Promotional Activities.
- Monitoring All Collection Procedures.
- Job Location : Corporate Office, Banani, Dhaka.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
- BBA/MBA/Masters from any reputed University.
- Two vacant positions require BSc degree in Civil Engineering from BUET.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Engineering Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Minimum 03 year(s) experience in a relevant field.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Readymix Concrete, Asphalt, Aggregates & Building Materials.
- Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle riding skills and driving license.
- Should be honest and hard working
- Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
- Good command in Bengali and English.
- Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
