Job Description / Responsibility

Providing Execution/ working schedule according to the design & specifications.
Construction (Interior & real estate) budget preparation & taking approval.
Maintaining work program, design and following instruction of project manager/ architect.
Ensure quality of work & supervision of work as per approved design.
Managing labor/ Sub Contractor.
Ensure completion of schedule work timely as per specification.
Receiving Materials at site and maintain site store.
Maintain site utility and equipment's.
Providing actual built measurement, checking of sub- contractor's measurement & bills.
Staying at site, maintaining site book, site inventory, attendance record and others.
Preparing material requirements schedule and submission to purchase for timely procurement.
Close contact with procurement.
Close contact with design or concern architect & project in charge to ensure proper execution as per approved design.
Organizing labor distribution at the site and monitoring production floor.
Organizing entire execution related requirements and ensure proper flow of work and handover the site timely.
Quality control and providing supports to other production related activities.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic, Resort, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift
