Calibration Service Coordinator

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and issue accurate calibration certificates on time.
Ensure timely execution of both in-house and onsite calibration schedules.
Manage daily calibration sales records using software.
Maintain and manage sales and commercial documents (VAT & Tax).
Oversee general office maintenance tasks.
Coordinate and follow up with external calibration service providers.
Draft and respond to emails professionally for internal and customer communication.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM in English and 20 WPM in Bangla.
Must be able to drive a motorcycle.
