Job Description / Responsibility

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Preparing of BOQ
Organising, attending, and participating in meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Preparing Electrical/Mechanical Design.
Generate Project Master Plan & Monthly Work Plan.
Any other relevant official work.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Should have working experience and adequate knowledge in AutoCAD drawings, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point presentation etc.
Good presentation and communication skill.
Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
