Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka (Banani).
  • Job Context B.J. Geo Textile Ltd., the largest non-woven needle-punched synthetic geo textile company in Bangladesh works with organizations like BIWTA, BWDB, LGED, the Bridge Authority and the Bangladesh Army, supplying high-quality geo textile products.
  • We are currently looking for dynamic, hardworking professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Trainee Executive/Sr. Executive. This is the perfect opportunity to build a career in technical marketing. If you're interested, join us and take the next step in your career!
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance market share and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry trends.
  • Implement strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company’s market position
  • Implement data- driven decision-making to ensure business growth.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
  • BBA / Civil Engineer / Textile Engineer.
  • MBA with major in marketing and Freshers are also welcome.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience Requirements: Marketing experience.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Financial analytical skill. Cost Estimation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.
  • Excellent communication skill.
