Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Architect for our design team. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in concept development, space planning, client presentation, design supervision, and team coordination. If you have a passion for creative design and the ability to drive a team toward excellence in modern interiors, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design team and manage multiple interior projects from concept to completion.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, mood boards, 3D visuals, and presentation decks.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and the construction team.
Maintain project timelines and deliverables within budget and scope.
Supervise junior architects and guide technical and aesthetic standards.
Ensure design quality, functionality, and alignment with client expectations.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
Coordinate with procurement and the site team during execution.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputed university. (Diploma Certification is not eligible)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Strong portfolio with a proven track record of leading high-quality interior projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/D5, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong aesthetic sense and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in interior design (residential & commercial).
The applicants should have execution experience of Interior projects.
Additional Requirements:
As per company demands, candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
