Job Description / Responsibility

Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth, efficient, and target-oriented production.
Perform routine operation and minor maintenance of Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
Operate ancillary equipment such as Chillers and Air Compressors (both Low and High Pressure).
Ensure machine and workplace safety by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards.
Maintain accurate documentation and production records in accordance with company standards.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and promptly notify the maintenance department of any major breakdowns through proper channels.
Perform proper handover and takeover of the shift, providing all necessary operational updates to the reliever.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor.

Educational Requirements

HSC
HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

7 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 32 years
Minimum 7–8 years of hands-on experience operating Sidel Blow Moulding Machines is preferred.
