Job Description / Responsibility

Customer Relationship Management
Receive and initiate Customer Call
Check and Answer Facebook and WhatsApp Messages
Capture customer orders and register those in Odoo ERP
Coordinate with Delivery Team to ensure successful delivery
Customer Complain Management
Follow-up with back-office and farm management for slaughtering and delivery schedule
Stock Report Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
