Job Description / Responsibility

Provide information about cafe’s products/features/services through telephone
Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring the ultimate solution
Respond to customer inquiries
Receiving customer complaints and providing them information about the resolution of the same
Maintain call logs and prepare reports
Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
Record any client complaints
Deliver accurate information about new product to clients
