Job Description / Responsibility

Making inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Analyzing and refining business processes to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Serving as a liaison between clients and in-house teams to facilitate seamless communication.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill vendor requirements and resolve issues.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize service levels and costs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed institute.

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 40 years
Dropouts and physically disabled persons are encouraged to apply.
High proficiency in English (writing, reading, and listening).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information.
Working experience in relevant fields will be given preference.

Salary Range

Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Weekly 2 holidays, Performance bonus Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 Salary: BDT 20,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and Interview Process). • Performance bonus structure. • Two festival bonuses per year. • Annual increment based on performance. • Two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday).
